How I Keep Myself Organised

Posted 25 September, 2017 by Lianne in Miscellaneous / 4 Comments

The new school year is in full-swing and like many, I too am back to school for this academic school year. As I was organising myself and jotting down my dates, an idea came to me to post about my planners a bit. If you’re following me on Instagram, you know that I’m big on stationery, stickers, washi tape, fountain pens, inks, the whole nine yards. Occasionally I do post what goes in my agendas and planners but I decided to just share a bit today about what I have on the go. Prepare for images galore 😛

Right now I have four agendas/planners on the go. Don’t ask me how I accumulated to four, I clearly cannot restrain myself when it comes to finding a planner that just screams for me to pick up 😛 But they all have different uses. First up is my Peter Pauper Press planner. I’ve used agendas from these guys on and off for years; gives me just enough space in the weeklies to write what I need to get done.

Unboxing My First Foxy Fix (No. 2)!

Posted 18 September, 2017 by Lianne in Miscellaneous / 2 Comments

As some of you may know or have seen on my Instagram, I’m pretty big on planners and notebooks and everything writing-related and stationery-related. Last year for my birthday I received a Traveler’s Notebook as my gift, which was especially handy when I travelled earlier this year. I do use a pocket-sized fauxdori of sorts as my outside everyday carry but for some time had been looking to upgrade it from a fabric to a leather. The passport size TN which I use to have was too small for me in that it can only fit a specific-sized notebook and not, let’s say, the pocket Moleskine (despite of my recent complaints about the quality of Moleskine paper…but that’s an argument for another day).

Foxy Fix is one of those brands I’ve been hearing around the planner community and on Instagram so after one night shift back in August, I finally caved and decided to buy one. There’s plenty of choice to decide from, but in the end I went with Boss Babe Kate Single Set notebook, size No. 2. The waiting…well, the waiting took forever, which I thought I was prepared for, but nope, it was pure torture. A month and a bit later, it finally arrived at my doorstep 😀

Paper Panduh Subscription Box [June 2017]

Posted 28 July, 2017 by Lianne in Miscellaneous / 2 Comments

Another month, another unboxing, lol. So as you may have read from my last unboxing post, I caved in and re-subscribed for the June box from Panduh Box. I couldn’t help it, the theme for June was “She Creates” and everything about it in the sneak previews were amazing: the stuff included, the colour scheme featured (peach and navy blue). It was screaming my name so I picked it up 😛 I received the box at the end of June 🙂

Oh, and before I continue…ta-dah! New graphic card at the top of these kinds of posts…I’ve unboxed enough happy mail to warrant one 😉

Anyhow, as always you can click on the images to enlarge and read what each item is Also, ignore my chipped nail polish in the following photos (been apologising for that on Instagram too):

Paper Panduh Subscription Box [May 2017]

Posted 26 June, 2017 by Lianne in Miscellaneous / 6 Comments

Another month, another box from Panduh Box! I decided to stick around for another box (before cancelling–it does rack up $$$-wise after a bit) as I heard it was a favourite theme from the past. And so it was revealed that the May 2017 box’s theme was “By the Sea” featuring Santorini-and-sea-inspired colour scheme and lots of mermaids, haha.

WontonInAMillion Anniversary Box [2017]

Posted 16 May, 2017 by Lianne in Miscellaneous / 6 Comments

So yesterday I gave an overview unboxing of my subscription box from Paper Panduh (see post). Today I’ll be giving you a glimpse of another box that arrived recently: WontonInAMillion’s anniversary box! 😀

WontonInAMillion is an Etsy shop selling planner stickers, supplies, washi tapes, and other accessories featuring various dimsum characters. I’ve been shopping from this store for the past year and I love her stuff, they’re so cute, and Cynthia is so nice. I was so happy that I was able to snag one of her anniversary boxes in celebration of her second anniversary of her shop 😀
