For the longest time I had been meaning to pick up a Daredevil comic, start somewhere, especially after watching the Netflix series (see post). I ended up picking this one up just because it was on sale recently with the release of the first season of The Defenders.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first volume of Doctor Strange (review) and it obviously ended on such a cliffhanger that I just had to find out what happened next! At long last the comic came out in paperback so I snapped it up as soon as I could to find out what happened next 😛

I had been eyeing this collected book since 2015 but it took me forever to get around to it…Actually it took watching the 2016 movie (review) to prompt me to pick it up at long last! Not knowing too much about this Marvel superhero coming into the movie, I figured starting with the New 52 story was a good entry into the character’s story.
